In assignments of this type, the client is responsible for all the training development work and all the project managment required for a successful completion. Learning Creators' staff are only engaged to provide direction and oversight.
Where the client is sophisticated, with a full training development team used to working together, this may be a very appropriate (and low cost) approach. The dangers arise if the client's team are inexperienced and encounter problems that slow them down excessively.
