Training Development Teams
Learning Creators can provide skilled individuals or small teams of training developers as appropriate to the needs and capabilities of the client organization. Typically, the appropriate team structure will be determined during the initial planning for the training project, and will be confirmed as detailed tasks and timelines are established.
Each team member brings specialized knowledge, skills, and experience that will be mapped to the client's environment (e.g. experience in the sutomotive industry). Learning Creators will strive to assign the individuals best matched to the client's requirements, subject to scheduling and logistical considerations.
Training Developers
The following list includes Learning Creators own staff as well as our professional associates. Each team member's description shows a brief summary and their specialties.
Paul Benson 
Paul Benson is a senior partner and specializes in training development for both face-to-face (F2F) and electronic delivery (eLearning). His clients include major banks, insurance companies, and other financial and consulting organizations. In addition to his financial and insurance designations (C. Dip. A. F., and FLMI/M), he has a certificate in Adult Education from Brock University and is currently working on a Masters in Distance Education from Athabasca University.
Glen Ford 
Glen Ford is a senior partner. He has been principal of his own project management consultancy for the past 11 years. His clients alternate between government, the big banks and small to medium companies. Prior to that he spent 10 years working for the Canadian Standards Association. He has a BSc from McMaster University in Hamilton, an MCPM from York University (Schulich), and a PMP designation.
