Our Commitment To Your Privacy

We respect your right to privacy, and protecting the personal information you choose to share is of primary importance to us at Learning Creators.

The following information describes how Learning Creators protects your privacy, what choices you have in sharing information with us, our custodianship of that information, and the use we will make of it.

The Information We Collect

As a training development services company, and a participant in the broader community of learning, Learning Creators wish to collect information on our clients, and potential clients, in order to provide superior services and provide a useful learning resource.

The Learning Creators web site may request any of the following information:
Name
Address
Email address
Phone number

In addition, we may collect any optional information provided on a client’s particular issues and interests (e.g. an identified training need, interest shown in reports on the effectiveness of webinars, case studies of needs analysis, etc.). For security purposes, we may also request verification information (a password, or answer to a pre-defined question), in order to confirm your identity.

Learning Creators does not sell products online (although our parent company TrainingNOW does). Hence we do NOT collect any credit card or other payment information through our web site. For established clients only, we will additionally collect the following information OFFLINE:
Payment related information (e.g. Bank, Credit/Debit Card Information)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide about yourself in responding to your request for information or our consulting services. We use financial information provided only for the purpose of receiving payment for services. We do not share this information with outside parties EXCEPT in cases where we request your permission to refer you to another organization that we feel may be able to help you with your request for assistance.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on any new services we offer. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the sign-up form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to improve the design and functionality of our website. We do not advertise on the Learning Creators web site and we DO NOT share any of your information with advertisers or list builders.

We purge our client files after two years without any contact with the client.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, we maintain all information offline (NOT accessible from the internet), and on a secure server.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we have collected by emailing security@learningcreators.com
In the subject line, put “Personal information request” + your name + a contact phone number.

Once we have confirmed your identity, we will be happy to disclose what information we are keeping. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
