Different Approaches to Training Development
As a small company, Learning Creators responds to the needs of the clients by operating in one of three "modes".
- Outsourced - The client engages our company to design and develop training independently (except for agreed approval stages).
- Consulting - The client manages the training effort with assistance from Learning Creators staff.
- Advisory - The client coordinates and performs all training development tasks. Learning Creators simple provide feedback after examining records for the learning development an interviewing key stakeholders.
Client-driven
In each of these modes of organization, Learning Creators is always following the instructions of the client as to what is most appropriate for their environment, budget, etc. and ensuring that their own staff are utilized whereever possible.
Flexible Training Development
By operating in one or more of these modes, Learning Creators can ensure that the client is receiving exactly the services they want, and is still receiving the best professional support available.
If at any time, the client wishes to change mode, to increase or decrease services, Learning Creators staff will ensure that there are no negative impacts on the learning project.
